Visualize how you want to be

Set your intent on how you want to be. Do it every morning. Do it every evening. Then visualize it being real. Dedicate to the practice. Feel it.

The default

The default way of being is a weed patch.

Society’s weed patch. Your history’s weed patch. Your parents weed patch. Random seeds that haphazardly got thrown into the plot of dirt that is you. Some of the plants are fine. But the weed patch lacks organization and a coherent vision. And it’s ultimately an ugly mess.

Instead of letting the default continue to rule, it’s time to commit to something new.
